Shift Report:
Came for my evening shift and took handover from Marc. The petty cash was checked and signed. Went and said Hi to Fela and also updated the TEACH board which I took Fela along and he was happy with the evening activities.
We did our Gym ball which took about 20mins, he had all his supplement and personal hygiene was also carried out. He also did his massage. Fela was took to the bathroom by Paul who gave him wash which he was still in the bathroom before Paul left.
