I arrived for my shift and received handover from Marc and Shahab. I greeted Fela and updated the activity board, which we reviewed together. Fela appeared to be in a happy and settled mood.
Dinner was prepared and we prayed together before eating. Fela assisted with drying the dishes afterward.
He then relaxed in the lounge while listening to music. Later in the evening, we completed a 15-minute “Walk at Home” exercise session with Denise. Although Fela appeared tired and was dragging himself at times, he managed to complete most of the session.
Following the exercise, Fela used his shoulder massager and then had a snack. Later in the evening, he had a shave and Marc supported him with his bath routine. Fela appeared happy and was splashing in the water during his bath.
Fela was calm, cooperative, and in good spirits throughout the shift. He engaged well with the routine and accepted support where needed.
