After Fela had finished his bath, I assisted him to dry himself, after which he brushed his teeth. He then passed urine before we went to his bedroom. His creams were applied, and he was in bed by 22:07.
After his massage, Fela turned onto his side, pulled the duvet over himself, and fell asleep almost immediately, Fan was left on low.
Fela slept well throughout the night. He turned a few times but appeared comfortable and relaxed.
At 05:22, Fela woke independently. He was very vocal on waking and immediately asked for “five.” I gave him some space, which helped him to settle. He then used the toilet and returned to his bedroom. As it was only a few minutes before 06:00, I opened the curtains and switched off the radio.
We then came downstairs, where Fela took his morning supplements with a glass of water. He had a shower, followed by breakfast.
After breakfast, we went upstairs to complete his morning routine. Once this was finished, Fela became vocally unsettled again, so I gave him some space. He settled after a few minutes.
At the time of this report, Fela was relaxing in the lounge.
