On arrival of my shift, I received handover from DW. I went and said hi to Fela and updated the board then went through it with him.
Fela then did foot physio. As dinner was being prepared, Fela had his supplements with a glass of water. We then went to the dining room and prayed then ate together. After dinner, Fela used the toilet then went back to the lounge where he had his shoulder massage.
later, he had his snack along with his supplements. He then had a shave and went upstairs for his bath. KO went through the routine with him, he looked happy while splashing.
