Arrived on shift with Val , Fela was still finishing his morning routine, brushing his teeth. Kingsley gave handover and petty cash checked and signed. He sat and after some messing said prayer and ate. Fela was very slow to drink and eat his breakfast. Chores were done. The board was updated and Fela agreed and wanted to go shopping. Carla rang and asked how Fela was, recommended if needed go shopping after lunch. As he’d finished all breakfast by 11.10 we agreed that would go after lunch. Fela relaxed for a while, had snack and juice. Later he used the toilet, urine and bm. The lunch was prepared. We sat, said prayer and ate, had a dessert then sat on sofa. We all got ready and went in the car after messing. Refused to go into Lidl. He Was falling asleep in the car. Had his snack and drink and we went to the butchers. On return shopping was put away, receipts done. It was too late to start the afternoon activities and Fela asked for a nap so did so for about 20 minutes then used toilet, urine. I pumped Fela’s MG tyres up, as there was a low pressure warning for both front tyres on the dash. Also checked back ones. Shahab came on shift, handover given and petty cash checked and signed. Fela used his gym ball. Fela’s dinner was prepared, after some messing he sat, said prayer and we ate. After he had a water and his hot choc drink. Fela then dried all the dinner dishes. He then sat relaxing with music. Later did foot physio and handle. Then neck massager. Had his snack and sleep well tea. Relaxed until time for bath, went through the routine with him.
