Fela arrived back from drumming around 16.25 entered his house and went to the bathroom and passed urine.He then listened to music for a while.Before dinner I shaved fela did foot physio and handle followed by a head massage.Fela then had his dinner and then watched a dvd.When that finished fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement.He then had his evening snack and is currently enjoying his bath in readiness for bed.
