I arrived at Fela’s home for my shift with BK. We took handover from Mina. Petty cash singed by everyone. Board updated with Fela. We received phone call from Carla. Later he had his snacks. Then we got ready to go green door for cycling and drove there. After 1hr of cycling he had his packed lunch, dessert and electrolyte drink. Afterward we drove back home. Upon arrival we changed his clothes and went to the lounge to relax.
When it was time for education, he asked for five minutes. We gave him a five-minute hourglass. Afterward, we did makaton and activity. Carla and Michael arrived to drop off some items and then left.
We served Fela with his snacks. He did foot physio and handle exercise. EO arrived, handover given to her and I said Goodbye to Fela.
