Assisted fela from the bath, dried all over, had his sleep mix, we went upstairs and went through the night routine. Fela used the toilet then got into bed. Had head massage, said prayer and left at 22.25 . Got up and used the toilet at 23.06, back in bed at 23.08. Got up and used the toilet at 23.42 and back in bed 23.44. Asleep by 23.50. Awoke 03.20, got up and used the toilet and got back into bed 03.22. Remained awake rest of the night. Went up with supplements and tea at 07.05. Had supplements , fruit and tea then got in shower. Assisted out and dried, went through the morning routine. Went down after dressing at 08.10. Sat, Said prayer , ate, had supplements and cup of tea. After sat relaxing with music.
