Shift Report:
SS gave handover, MH was preparing dinner when I got to Still Waters. Fela was already on his handle exercise, he refused for me to go through the board with him on two occasions so I gave him 5 minutes. Even after that he still refused so I had to let him relax and later gave him his supplements before dinner. He dried dishes after dinner, he refused exercise, requested for his massager, MH sat with him as I went to fill some supplement jars. He had his snack, supplements and had facial trim, MH prepared his bath.
