Shift Report:
SS gave handover, dinner was ready when I arrived, Fela was seated doing foot physio and handle exercise. The TEACCH nurse was updated and later Fela had his evening supplement, dinner and hot chocolate. We did 10 minutes of gym ball exercise, shaved and used the shoulder massage, later he relaxed to music and SS went through the bath routine with him. Relaxed in the bubble bath.
