I arrived for my shift just after 8.30pm. On my arrival fela was still at mama and micheals, while I wated fir fela I ran his bath. Got supplement ready for tomorrow and closed all curtains. Fela arrived home just before 9pm.
Michael got fela into the bathroom and prompted fela into the bath while I had handover from Carla.
Carla and micheal then left and I supported fela with personal hygiene.
II prompted fela out of the bath at 10pm, fela got himself dry then used toielt abd past urine. Once finished in the bathroom fela headed up stairs. Fela hall creams and oils applied then got his night time ware on. Fela then went into the bathroom cleaned his teeth and then used toielt abd past urine. Once finished fela got into bed. We said prayer and good night.
Music left on low.
Fela was in bed for 10.20pm and asleep by 10.40pmm
I didn’t hear fela all until 3.55am he got up independently and used to toilet abdcpast urine. Fela then became vocal so prompted him back into bed which he did.
Once back on bed fela lay down. On checking the camera Fela didn’t go back to sleep until about 7am.
I checked the camera through and fela appears to of slept through until 3.55am
