I arrived at Fela’s home for my shift with Marc. We took handover from Mina. Petty cash singed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela.
We packed shopping bags and drove to the butcher. Fela wanted to stay in the car so I did the shopping there. Then we went to Lidl and Fela again asked to stay in the car so I did the shopping while he was settled in the car with Marc. After shopping we walked for 35 minutes in Tunstall Park.
On our way home, we dropped off the beef bones at Carla and Michael’s.
Upon arrival, he used the toilet. I prepared his lunch. After prayer, he enjoyed his lunch electrolyte drink and dessert. We then relaxed in the lounge.
He refused for Makaton and education. We served him with his snacks and smoothie. Carla arrived to drop off some things.
Fela went to the kitchen, took a bowl and headed downstairs. He grabbed a whole pack of biscuits, filled the bowl and went to the lounge. He ate them all. (Carla was there too and wasn’t happy about who left the biscuits on the fridge). He went to the kitchen to get a drink of water. He did foot physio and handle exercise. Carla said goodbye to us.
DW arrived, handover given to him and I said goodbye to Fela.
