Fela got out of the bath assisted to dry he then brushed teeth and used the toilet before going to his bedroom. Night routine completed and was in bed at music left on low and had head massage before leaving. Fela was asleep by 22.40 he woke at 4.15 quiet in his room he used the toilet at 5.05 and returned to bed, bed was dry and used his weighted blanket Fela stayed awake but calm and relaxed in bed. Went to Fela at 6.30 after asking for 5 we went downstairs took supplements and had his shower. He then put on his underwear and dressing gown before brushing teeth. We then had breakfast and supplements. We then went upstairs to get ready and went to the lounge to listen to music
