I arrived for my shift fela was still at mama and micheals. I met dario at felas then left to go to mama and micheals. On our arrival feal was all ready to go abd picked his coat stright up to put on. Fela got his coat, hat and scarf on. Dario loaded the car while had handover from Carla abd Michael.
We then left mama and micheals went too fela belongs home, then went put petrol I’m car. On to aldi to collect shopping, once we’d collect the shopping we headed to Chatterley whitefiled. We arrived at 10am and had very pleasant brisk walk around before returing to car we walked for 40min. On retuning to the car fela had his snack and drink. Once finished we headed for home.
On arriving home at 11.05 am fela too his outer ware off and then went sat on toielt he sat for about 30 min. Fela had bowel movment. Dario supported fela to change his clothing as he had worked up good sweat . Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. I did the board with fela.
At 12.30pm fela sat down for lunch said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair and I did the social story for education. Shortly after we got our shoes on, fela used toielt past urine then we got in car headed for stone. We arrived just after 2pm and went in for session, surfing lesson we did music, made calendar, prayer. We come out lesson at 3.25pm On retuing to car fela had his snack. We left stone at 3.35pm. We got caught in traffic so it took nearly an hour to get home. We arrived home at half 4. Fela did very well waiting in traffic.
On returning home fela took out door ware off and went to toielt past urine then went and sat down.
