On arrival Fela was sitting in the lounge listening to music. Carla called to update us that there was no space in aquafit but we should go to Brough park somewhere he hasn’t been in a while. Had handover and signed petty cash. I then went to update the board with Fela. Fela took out some cards from his folder such as ‘Baking, church, TD Jake’s, nap and Mama and Michael’s house’ i explained that they were in the next days coming. Board done. Fela said finished to the music and wanted to watch church – church put on. Chores were started. We asked Fela if he was ready for the walk and to use the toilet and put on shoes but he kept asking for 5. Snack was served as it was 10.30. afterwards Fela still did not want to go out he was vocal unhappy hissing and rapidly moving his arms. We decided to change the location to Forest Park Fela still refused saying no after some attempts. Later was offered walk at home and gym ball which he also said no to. Fela remained vocal was asked if he was okay/had pain he replied that he was okay. Lunch was served. We all sat prayed and ate together followed by desert. Afterwards Fela returned to the sofa. Board was updated. Later we did makaton singing and dancing with some others. Fela then did some drawing in his Christmas book. Fela was then served with his snack. After his snack he did foot physio and handle.
