Shift Report:
After his evening routine was met, he used the toilet, sleep oil applied and in bed at 22:18. Prayer said and slept at 22:38, he had his first wake at 02:38, prompted to use the toilet and returned to sleep at 05:47. Changed bedding’s as it was wet, woke him up at 07:30, used the toilet again and went downstairs to continue his morning routine. All needs met, had his breakfast, DW & BK arrived, got handover and when leaving Fela was downstairs and a little vocal.
