I assisted Fela out of bath. He was in room by 10:05pm. After all the night routines he was in bed by 10:17pm and slept by 10:27pm. He woke up at 02:35am. I prompted him to use the toilet which he did. I went to his room to check the bed. It was dry so I prompted him to lay down and put the eye mask on. I placed the blue weighted blanket on him and left the room. He slept again by 03:40am and then woke up by 06:14am.
I went to his room and we went downstairs. He took his wake-up supplements and then showered. Afterwards he had breakfast and his morning supplements. We went upstairs to get dressed and then returned to the lounge where he was relaxing and listening to music.
