Arrived on shift with Kingsley, said morning to Fela on sofa. Had a handover from Esther and petty cash checked and signed. Chores were completed. Went through the board with Fela and didn’t seem to know which activity to choose. Helped with hoovering for a while in lounge. Requested a nap , so lay down and room was sleep ready. Lay for 2-5 minutes and then started to make loud noises and unsettled, sitting up. Opened curtains again and Fela was becoming quite agitated, rocking , guttural and noisy. Gave space. Fela continued this on and off throughout the morning, refusing any activity suggested. Had his snack and tea. Continued to be unsettled, lunch was prepared, inventory completed. Fela used the toilet, bowels, we sat, said prayer and ate, Fela then had a dessert and water. After he dried all dishes and then took some staff biscuits, eating them in lounge. Still unsettled , guttural, rocking back and forth on sofa in afternoon various times throughout. Cleaned all kitchen doors and plinths. Fela calmed in afternoon so again offered a nap and accepted. Used eye cover and Fela did sleep for 30 mins. Woke and did foot physio and handle. Had a snack and tea. Relaxed listening to music.
