Shift Report:
Received handover from Marc and checked petty cash. I greeted Fela and updated the activity board while Kingsley was preparing dinner. Fela had his dinner calmly and appeared to enjoy his meal. After dinner, he was offered a foot soak with Rainbow Lamb and Salt Lamb, which he accepted. Later, he had his evening snack and a cup of Sleep Well tea. This was followed by a face trim before his bath, which Kingsley assisted him with. Fela was calm and cooperative throughout the evening.
