Fella got out of the bath at 21:47 ,I assisted him to dry. He then brushed his teeth . After he washed his mouth he suddenly started to press soap from the dispenser, he filled his palm 4 times and washed them all away , I prompted him that it was finished , he passed urine before going to the bedroom. He went to his room Creams applied , massage oil .music left on low and said prayer. Left in bed at 22:18.He slept at 22:58.He woke up at 3:08 , he was prompted and he quickly took himself to the tiolet,bed was dry when I checked , he did not do much ritual as he normally do weighted blanket put on him ,he seemed so calm he turned to lie on his right then fell asleep at 4:15, then he was prompted up at 6:30, he was vocal .He signed for cooking and lickings after he took his before shower supplements When breakfast was served he did a lot of rituals before he settled . He finished his breakfast and supplements not taking too much time ,I asked if he wanted another glass of water , he smiled and took his glass himself to get the water ,I assisted him to get dressed , we came to the lounge .
