Went back to Fela 9.45 to assist him out of the bath, he got out, I helped dry his back , we went upstairs and went through the night time routine, which Fela did well. He then brushed his teeth and used the toilet passed urine , he then got into bed and I wished him good night. Fela was asleep by 10.15pm. Fela awoke 3.30am and I promoted him to the toilet bowel movement and urine, he got back in bed at 3.45am, went sleep at 5am then awoke again at 6.45am. I took up his tea, pear fruit and his supplements at 7.10am. I then promoted him to the shower.had a bowel movement .Fela was in shower at 8am. At 8.20 prompted 321 and he exited.
Went through his morning routine well and went downstairs and had his breakfast by 8.45am and supplements. Finishing his drink on my leaving.
