Shift Report:
Arrived for my evening shift, DW, BK & Fela later arrived from Green Pastures, DW gave handover. BK went with Fela to get him settle down and I made dinner and granola for the week. Fela had his dinner supplements, passed urine, washed his hands and came to the dinning area for dinner. After dinner he relaxed for sometime before we got him ready for walk at Ford Green, we able to complete an hour. We returned home tired, he had his supplements, snack and shave, BK ran and assisted him to bathe, splashing happily.
