Shift Report:
- Arrived at Fela’s at 08.55, Fela was still asleep, had the handover from Claire and then she left. Fela awoke at 09.20, I took up his supplements, fruit and tea at 09.30. Had a shower and went through his morning routine, did well. Down stairs for his breakfast at 10.20. Relaxed after breakfast with music. Myself and Emma T did the chores .Went out to butchers by 11.15, then went to Ford Green for a walk and Fela did well. On return I prepared lunch whilst Emma did washing. We all sat for lunch said prayer and ate. Fela had ice cream and cake after. He then cleaned table , took dishes out and dried some dishes. Relaxed in his chair listening to music in the afternoon. Fela asked for a drink so I got him a cold juice with a piece of lime in it, after 5 minutes we heard Fela in the kitchen, so I went to see what he was doing and he was cutting with the big chopping knife, a lemon and a lime in half in a erratic manner, rushing to get them all into his juice. Then ran back with no intention to give them up to his chair. After he had drank, we got ready at 14.40 to go for a walk at Bathpool and purchase some gluten free bread for Fela. On return Fela changed his clothes as had been sweating on the walk. Sat relaxing , listening to his music.
