Shift Report:
I arrived for shift and fela was listening to music. I said hello and then had handover. I started to prepare the evening meal. Claire did foot physio and handle and then we alls at down. Fela ate well and then had hot chocolate. Once finished he went and sat down. He listened to music and fela kept falling asleep. He had snack and then Claire supported him woth his bath routine
