Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath around 21:50 he did his routine well and was in bed woth lights out for 22:15. Fela was asleep for around 23:15. Fela slept through untill 5:30 he used the toilet and then got back into bed. I took his supplements and tea up and then he did his routine and was downstairs for 8am he had breakfast and supplements and then he sat in the sofa listening to music. Rob came on shift and I did the board with fela. He had snack and then Claire cake to take me off at 11am
