Fela got out of the bath and was assisted to dry he then brushed his teeth and used the toilet before heading to the bedroom. He was in bed by 22.08 and asleep by 22.15 he slept until 1.35. He used the toilet I checked the bed was dry which it was and put his weighted blanket on Fela did not sleep again he took himself to the toilet again at 6.05. I went to Fela at 6.30 we headed downstairs he took supplements with a glass of water and got showered. We then sat for breakfast. Fela got a little adjitated after I turned off the shower rocking and hissing this lasted around 15mins. He then Dryed himself and brushed teeth. We then sat for breakfast afterwards taking his supplements. We then went upstairs. Got dressed (used thermal leggings as advised by Carla) and used the toilet before going downstairs to the lounge.
