Fela had his sleep mix and was out of the bath at 21.45. put on his dressing gown and brushed his teeth then used the toilet. We then went to the bedroom to complete his routine he was in bed at 22.25. said prayer music left on low. Fela appeared to have slept at 23.40. woke at 3.20 used the toilet by himself and took himself back to bed. Fela was silent at 3.40. went to Felas room at 6.30 asked for 5 but was quietly awake. Came downstairs had shower supplimemts and his breakfast. Went upstairs got dressed creamed applied. Brushed teeth and relaxed on his sofa. Handover given to Marc and Brandy.
