I arrived for my shift fela was In bed eating his banana on my arrival. Had handover from Emma. While having handover fela went in to bathroom used toielt and had bowel movement, I prompted fela in to the shower. Fela got in shower I supported him with personal hygiene then signed 10min.
I went back up to fela prompted him out of the shower and completed his routine . Fela completed this well bit was vocal on and off throughout. Fela was downstairs and sitting down for breakfast by 10 30am. Fela said prayer with Dan then ate his brekafast. Once finished he took his supplements.
Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music. Dan did the board with fela.
We then got our shoes on, fela used toilet and past urinewe then headed to butchers once we’d been to butchers we headed to burselm Park ( due ti gym begin busy) we had pleasant and brisk walk around burslem. We walked for about 25 min. We then returned to car fela had his snack. We then headed home. On return home fela took of his outdoor ware and went sat on the toielt. Dan supported fela to get changed.
Once finished in bathroom. Fela went got his apron and put it on we then sat down for lunch. Fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music.
I did the board with fela. I then got the table set up ready to do some arts and crafts with fela.
Myself, Dan and fela all did some arts and craft fela did some painting and seemed to really enjoy this and kept asking to do more. Fela then signed finish. Once finished fela went and washed his hands . Then went sat in his rocking chair and listned to music. Fela had his snack.
We then did makaton for egg and then watched short film about a chicken.
