On arrival Fela was finishing with his breakfast. Petty cash signed and handover from Anne. Once Fela had finished the board was updated and he agreed to all activities. Chores were then started. Fels had his tounge drum to play. Fela then had his snack and asked If he would like to do walk at home he refused both myself and valentine. Lunch was then served we sat said prayer and ate afterwards he relaxed for 20 mins before putting on his shoes and using the toilet before leaving. While at education Fela did well and Liz brought a new instrument the ‘Hand Pan’ we all played this together and he chose to cut and stick for his activity, Fela did very well. Before leaving Fela used the toilet and had his snack on the way home. Once home he removed outdoorwear and relaxed to music. Esther arrived handover given. I prepared dinner. Board was updated and had gym ball exercises with Ester. We then had dinner followed by his hot choc drink. Fela was then given his foot massager and had handle afterwards.
