Fela was out of bath at 10:30, he was a bit late since he took alot of time before getting ready for his bath. He had his sleep mix at 10:38 then he brushed his teeth. We then went to his room at 10:52. He insisted on applying all the creams as we were doing his nighttime routine. He was then in bed at 11:07 and we prayed and massaged with sleep oil before he slept. He slept at 11:27, he was calm throughout his sleep and slept through till 5:30am. I went to his room at 6:00 and we came downstairs. He had his wake supplement and then had a shower. We then had breakfast and we went to his room to get dressed, Fela insisted on applying all creams and he then dressed for the day. We came downstairs and he settled in the lounge.
