I came in for evening duty . I greeted Fela who was sitting on his settee watching movie ( happy feet) so we were unable to carry out the planned therapeutic activity. Marc gave handover and we all signed petty cash. The TEACCH board was updated and Fela later took his supplements. Fela had his dinner and hot chocolate. He then had his sensory activities ( Foot spa, pedicure, shoulder massage). Afterwards, he had a snack and was assisted to call Mama. He later had his shave and his bath
