I arrived for my shift and fela was listening to music. I went said hello to fela then i had handover from teresa. On my arrival fela was having keliod cleaned by rex. I then did the board with fela and he seemed happy with the activates for afternoon. Fela asked for 5 so gave him 5 . Myself,rex and Dan all then had game of card memory with fela abd fela seemed to enjoy this but then got vocal toward the wend and signed for finished he then went sst in his rocking chair and listened to music while fela was relaxing i did some chores. Fela then sat at table for his snack. While finishing his snack fela became vocal unhappy u could hear fela from upstairs so come down fela had just finished his snack and was got going to sit in his rocking. Once sat down fela was back at baseline. Fela then relaxed listening to music. Myself and fela then did some handle and we did lummi stick while dan and rex observed. After I showed rex and Dan foot physio and they did this with fela while I made dinner. Rex cleaned and creamed fela keliods. Fela then used the toilet and then got his apron on and we sst down for dinner fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy after dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. Dan then did the board with my guidance, fela appeared happy but very tired when I went into fela he said finish, I asked fela what finished and gave him the board he took walk at home off. I then asked fela if he wanted facial trim abd he said yes so I gave fela facial trim and he seemed to enjoy this and looked relaxed. After I finsihed facial trim I cleaned fela face and keliods theb applied aleo gel all over. Fela then went sat at the table for his snack he appeared to really enjoying his popcorn and nuts. Fela then relaxed while I ran his bath he was very tired and was falling asleep . I prompted fela to the bathroom and he used toilet and normal bowel movement, fela then got in to the bath I supported fela with his personal hygiene.
