I arrived at fela’s home for my shift. I said hello to fela and he also waved me back. Petty cash checked and signed. EO gave us hand over. We updated his TEACCH board and fela agreed to go for the walking in the neighbourhood. Myself and VE finished every day chores. We assisted fela with his trouser. Fela got ready to go and he used the toilet (Passed Urine). We left the house at 10:45am. Fela had his snacks in the park. We came to the fela’s house at around 11:50am. Then valentine changed his clothes and fela sat on his comfy sofa. Then i started preparing his lunch. We all prayed and had it together. Then fela relaxed for a bit. I changed his dressing because his bandage was coming off. Later fela requested for a nap and he had it for an about a hour. Fela again used the toilet (passed urine). When he woke up we offered makaton and colouring because it was Pending but he said no. We served him his pm snacks also. Fela keeps listening to his music. Later SS came for his shift. I gave handover to him and signed petty cash. I said bie to fela and left the house.
