Arrived on shift with OP, Carla and Michael arrived with a few items .
Dan gave handover to us all. Myself and OP got all items ready to go shopping. We then all got ready and went in the car to Lidl shopping, had his snack then we went to Bucknall park for a walk. Fela also used the exercise machines there. Once done we went to the butchers. On our return Fela relaxed, shopping put away and lunch was prepared. Fela sat, said prayer and ate. Dried dishes after. He then went to lounge that was sleep ready and lay down straight away, and napped. Later was too late for makaton and education, then had his snack and drink. Mina arrived on shift , handover given then I said bye and left.
