Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with MK. We took handover from EO. Petty cash singed by everyone. All the daily routine chores done by us.
We received phone call from carla. Teacch board updated with Fela.
He used the toilet passed urine then we got ready to go for gym. He had 1hr of gym exercise. Then he used the toilet before leaving gym. He had his beef broth in the car then we make our way to home.
Upon arrival, I prepared his lunch, and we all had lunch together. Then he went to the lounge to relax.
Later we did makatons and education at home (colouring). Carla came in to drop off some things and then left.
Fela had his supplements, snacks and smoothies. He did foot physio and handle exercise. Later Mina came in handover given to he and I said goodbye to Fela.
