On arrival Fela was relaxing on the sofa listening to music I had handover and then updated Felas board. We did foot physio and handle together and then I cooked some rice to accompany the Mexican beef in the slow cooker. Fela used the toilet before sitting down to say prayer. He ate well and had his hot chocolate afterwards. Later I asked Fela if he would like to do yoga/ stretching he asked for 5 but I got towels out and started Fela then joined in we did this for 10mins. I then made Felas snack and ran his bath. Rob went through Felas bath routine with him. He is now splashing in the bath.
