Shift Report:
Went up to Fela with his tea, fruit, supplements at 09.00, Fela had been incontinent of urine. Got in the shower and I stripped the bed and put in washer. Went through the morning routine , Fela was in a good mood. Went down for breakfast at 10.15. Had his supplements, and 2x echineasia. He went toilet in readiness to go swimming. Awaiting to go at time of report.
