I prompted fela out off the bath at 21.55 pm, fela used the toielt past urine Fela then got himself dried. Once dry we headed up stairs and completed his evening routine well. Fela had oils and cream applied. Fela then used the toielt and past urine he then got into bed.
We said prayer and i said good night music left on low
Fela was in bed for 22.15pm Fela appears to be asleep by 22.35pm.
I heard fela at about 2.15am. Checked the camera and he was awake. Fela was back asleep for 3am.
I dint hear fela for rest of the night until 6 38am when fela started to wake I prompted him to the toilet fela used the toielt past urine then got back into bed .
I then heard fela at 7am I took his refreshments up to him, fela went stright into the bathroom while I stripped his bed due to incontinence. Fela then sat on toilet, past urine and had large bowel movment. I then prompted fela into the shower. He got into the shower. I supported fela with his personal hygiene. I signed 10 minutes to fela .
I went back up to fela and prompted him out shower. Fela got out the shower and dried himself. He then completed his morning routine well but vocal on and off throughout.
Fela was downstairs and sitting down for breakfast by 8.20am. We said prayer fela ate nest and tidy once fela had finshed his breakfast he had his supplements. Fela then finsihed his supplements and went sst in his rocking chair listned to music
Dan and Julie arrived for there shift handover given.
