Shift Report:
Fela was in happy mood when he was assisted out of bath and went to his bedroom to get ready for bed at 22:16. He traded a little but quickly sat down, cream and oil applied, prayed at 22:34, he slept at 22:54. He was awake at 2:18 due to bed wetting, prompted to pass urine, changed his bedding and his pyjamas. He slept at 4:43 and woke up at 6:30, followed with his morning routine, breakfast and supplements taken and then I went to assist him get dressed. I gave handover to staff present.
