On arrival Fela was sitting at the dining table eating his breakfast and was very vocal. We had handover from Emma who handed over that he hadn’t had much sleep. I did the board with Fela and left him to relax. Throughout the day Fela refused all activities asking for 5 and for us to go so we gave him space. Later I read a book to Fela and Jade cleaned his keyloids due to them bleeding. We then all sat for lunch Fela ate well. After lunch Fela returned to his chair where he remained vocal. At 15.55 Fela was very lethargic and moving slowly I asked if he was in pain and he pointed to his head so I gave him white willow x2. He then asked for 5 again. Claire arrived had handover. I then asked Fela again if he would like a DVD after refusing all day. He chose a DVD to watch I sat with him for 10mins before he started to become adjitated. 17.43 became adjitated making gutteral noises, clapping hand and rocking vigorously in his chair he calmed at 18.20. We then sat for dinner and said prayer. Fela ate well and enjoyed his food. He then returned to his rocker to continue his film. He then had his foot and shoulder massager on, falling asleep while they were on. Mama then called to have a chat and say goodnight to Fela. He then got into the bath after having a bowel movement and is now splashing in the bath.
