I arrived for my shift and fela was sat in his rocking chair went and said hello. Then went had handover from Dan and jade.
I went and started tea and Dan put dvd on for fela, fela choose to watch call of the wild.
At 5.43pm fela became very agaited clamping hands loudly rocking backwards and forwards, vocal. Myself and Dan observed fela through the living room camera. Fela fully calm until at about 6.20pm he had his supplements.
Fela didn’t do foot physio or handle due to begin agaited
We sat down for dinner at 6.30pm ( dinner was later due to agaition )
After dinner fela went sat in his rocking chair and finished watching call off the wild board updated .
Fela relaxed watching dvd then had his foot and shoulder massager on .
Fela had his snack and sleep well tea, shortly after fela had phone call off mama.
At 8.39pm I prompted fela into the bathroom he past urine then got undressed. Fela then asked for 5.
I went back in to fela and he got into the bath I supported fela with personal hygiene. Fela is happily splashing away in bath
