PM Shift Report for Day Shift 19/5/23
I arrived for Day shift and found Fela relaxed in bed.
Ann handed over to me and Paul.
We took him through the morning routine and set out breakfast for him.
He was relaxed on his seat listening to music as we went ahead with the chores.
He had his snack and lunch. We prompted him to do his table top activities after lunch but he declined and so he continued relaxing listening to music.
He was happy to be visited shortly by Mrs. Carla and Mr Michael.
We prompted him with Paul to do his day activities of Makaton and Table Top but he indicated he didn’t want to using the new learning tools brought earlier with a No and Yes answerboard.
He remained relaxed for the rest of the afternoon listening to music being non vocal.
I then ended my shift leaving Paul and Mina.
