I arrived for my shift and gela was in the bath i went said hello to fela and then had handover from emma and dan.
I prompted fela out of the bath just before 9.45pm. Fela got himself dry then used toielt and past urine he then sat on the toielt and had large normal bowel movement. We then headed upstairs fela had all his oils and creams applied. Fela then got his nightware on, then went cleaned hos teeth. When fela had finsihed cleaning his teeth he then used the toielt and past urine.
Once finsihed in the bathroom fela got in to bed. I prompted fela to move down the bed so his pillow were flat. We then said prayer and I said good night. Music left on repeat and low .
Fela was in bed for 10.20pm and asleep by
10 40pm
I didn’t hear fela all night and on checking the camera fela appears to of slept all night. At 6 50am I took fela refreshments up. He had his echinacea then went used toielt abd past urine. Once finished he had rest off his supplements, tea and fruit. As soon as he had finished fela signed for sleep so I got him comfy ( even tho fela had slept all night as he was requesting sleep I thought let him have little linger as he has a lot of disturb nights). As I left fela was vocal so I explained to fela thst we need to be nice and quite or we would get up and have our shower.
I gave fela until about 7.40am he was still awake and vocal on and off so I went up to fela abd prompted him in to the bathroom fela turned the shower on and then got undressed. Flea got in to the shower at 7.50am I supported him with personal hygiene then signed 10mintues. I went back up to fela at 8.10am
Fela got out off the shower and then got him self dry. Fela then completed his morning routine very well was vocal on and off throughout his routine.
Fela was downstairs and sitting down for 8.35am we said prayer then fela had his breakfast. Once finished his breakfast fela had his supplements fela then drank his water once all finished fela went took hos apron into kitchen went sat in rocking chair listened to music.
