On arrival Fela was relaxed listening to music in the lounge. We had handover from Mercy and signed the petty cash. Board was updated with Fela. Bags were packed for shopping and snack made to bring with us. Once packed we used the 3min timer to put on shoes. Afterwards he used the toilet and went to put on his shoes. When he took of sandals he got adjitated rocking and hissing on the stairs, was given space once calmer he was asked if he wanted to go shopping he said ‘yes’ he put on his shoes and went to car where he was on edge but still wanted to go. Once in the car he calmed and was quiet throughout the drive. He stayed in the car during the butchers and Lidl visit due to the adjitation earlier. We also left the car wash and he declined walk. Once we returned home Fela removed shoes and sat in the lounge while shopping was put away and lunch made. We all sat to say prayer and eat together. Afterwards Fela went to sit on the sofa we started the chores and shortly after he had a nap I gave him a head massage before leaving. Fela was woken up from his nap and served with a snack. After his snack he started foot physio and handle. Esther arrived handover given.
