Shift Report:
I arrived for evening duty. After handover, I greeted Fela who appeared to be in a good mood and responded with a smile and thumbs up. Fela enjoyed his dinner and relaxed in the lounge while listening to old jazz music. He appeared tired and declined walk at home. Later, he was offered shoulder massage. He then had his snack, his shave and he was assisted to phone Carla. Afterwards, he had his bath.
