Arrived at Fela’s and said hello, had a handover from Paul and Mina, the board was updated and we prepared the dinner. Fela later had his supplements , sat for dinner, said prayer and ate. After had a hot choc drink then sat relaxing on the sofa listening to music. Later used the gym ball then had a shave and cleaned keloids.
