Fela was in the bath until 21.45 then dried himself and went to his bedroom where I observed Zoe going through fela’s night time routine which fela carried out well.Fela then went to bed at 22.15 said his prayers and was asleep around 22.30. He slept until just before 6.30 then used the toilet to pass urine.Felas supplements and drink of tea along with a satsuma were taken to his bedroom as part of his morning routine.Fela then had his shower after which he dried himself and then got dressed.Everything was fine until fela was asked to clean his teeth around 8.10 when he became extremely agitated with no apparent trigger.He came downstairs still extremely agitated and was stamping aroun the lounge clapping his hands and making gutteral noises.It took around 15 minutes for fela to calm enough to sit down and eat his porridge.After breakfast fela sat in his chair in the lounge but was still agitated and was left alone by staff in the hope that he would calm
