Shift Report:
- Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with Marc. Say hello to Fela. Took handover from KO. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. We did all the daily routine chores. CC came in to drop off petty cash. Fela got ready for the shopping and we drove to Lidl. We did shopping together. After the shopping Fela used the toilet at Lidl and passed urine. He had his snack and juice in the care and we drove to butchers. Fela said he want to stay in the car. So i did the shopping from butcher while Fela was in the car with Marc. Drove back to home. Fela had his lunch, dessert, glass of water. Fela dry the dishes after lunch. Later we did Makatons and education at home. He had his snack and juice. DW came in for his shift, handover given to him say goodbye to Fela.
