Fela was out of the bath at 21.50 had his sleep mix and passed urine before heading upstairs. Creams applied, brushed teeth and passed urine again before getting into bed. We said prayer and gave a head massage before leaving. Fela was in bed at 22.50. Duvet was changed from a 10.5 to a 13.5 due to the cold weather. Music left on low. Asleep by 23.00 sleeping through until 6.20. Fela had his shower first due to wetting the bed. Completed his routine and sat to have his fruit, tea and supplements. He then brushed his teeth and came down for breakfast. Handover given to Shahab and Brandy.
