Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with LP. We took handover from MH. We received phone call from Carla. She gave instructions for the day.
Teacch board updated with Fela. We completed our daily chores and then he had his snacks. We got ready for our walk at Broughton Park and drove there. After a 45-minute walk he had lunch dessert and water in the car. We then drove home.
Upon arrival, we changed his clothes. He initially refused a nap but later agreed and slept for 30 minutes. We then woke him and did some makaton. He had his snacks and smoothie.He was relaxing and listening to music.
EO came in handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
